Join the A-Team at Ameri Lux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!
Sign on bonus: $1,250.
Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)
Strating pay $21-25/ hour
Depending on experience and shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
- Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
- Participate in training and support team development
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
12-hour shifts
Monday
- Thursday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM
Friday
- Sunday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
- Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
- Ability to perform in a hot environment
