Production QC/QA, Machine Operator, Production Associate / Production Line
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow all company safety rules, policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, quality standards, and established operating procedures.
- Inspect cores for any defects and repair cores as needed
- Assemble cores
- Label and identify cores
- Use basic hand tools
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, foundry, metal fabrication, grinding, or finishing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, or jib cranes is beneficial
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a loud, warm, dusty industrial environment.
- Ability to safely wear and utilize required personal protective equipment.
- Must be available to work assigned shifts and overtime as production requirements dictate.
- Occasional weekend work may be required.
