Unity Hospice is seeking a Primary Registered Nurse to support the Meng Residence in De Pere, WI. The RN collaborates with a team to perform skilled nursing assessments, develop and review care plans, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings at a 12-bed inpatient hospice facility.
The role includes cross-training for float assignments, community shifts, and a rotating on-call schedule. Requirements include WI RN license and a minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
