Quality Specialist; 1st Shift s

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to assist with developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes, conducting audits and inspections, analyzing data, and providing solutions to improve quality and efficiency.

• Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
• Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
• Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
• Make recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in creating training materials and operating manuals.
• Provide expertise in all aspects of QA: calibration, incoming materials, document control, QC.

• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist is desired.

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external departments.
• Strong analytical skills, along with a keen sense of attention to detail.
• Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
