Field Sales Branch Manager

Manage and develop your own territory, conduct daily travel to client sites, establish relationships with customers and vendors, and oversee branch staff and operations.

• Establish relationships with customers that will garner additional business
• Manage day-to-day branch staff and operations
• Support Field Sales and Technical Sales Representatives
• Educate customers on company products, services, and capabilities
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships

• Previous knowledge of the fastener industry
• 3+ years outside sales/account manager experience
• 1+ years managing experience
• Positive and strong work ethic
• High attention to detail
• Creativity and a desire to work hard and have fun
• Entrepreneurial, aggressive, and dedicated achiever

• Previous experience in metal fabrication, machining, and/or stamping
• Epicor P21 experience
• Associate's or bachelor's degree
