Field Sales Branch Manager - De Pere

We are a privately‑held independent metal fabrication and fastener distribution company that provides Class 'C' items, safety equipment (PPE), kits and assemblies, vendor managed inventory (VMI) programs, and other supplies used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to deliver products and services that meet our customers' needs in a timely fashion while maintaining the highest level of quality and value.

• Manage and develop your own territory, including local daily travel.
• Establish relationships with customers to generate additional business.
• Manage day‑to‑day branch staff and operations.
• Support field sales and technical sales representatives.
• Educate customers on company products, services, and capabilities.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships.

• Previous knowledge of the fastener industry.
• 3+ years of outside sales or account manager experience.
• 1+ year of managing experience.
• Positive and strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail.
• Creativity and a desire to work hard and have fun.
• Entrepreneurial, aggressive, and dedicated achiever.

• Previous experience in metal fabrication, machining, and/or stamping.
• Experience with Epicor P21.
• An associate's or bachelor's degree.
