Route Sales and Service Representative

Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Route Sales and Service Representative to service an assigned territory for parts cleaning, used oil collection, and environmental services. In this field-based role, you will safely drive a company vehicle, deliver and pick up equipment and materials, and ensure proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in line with regulations. You will grow revenue by upselling services, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships.

The position requires strong safety awareness, reliable route management, accurate documentation, and commitment to environmental stewardship and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage an assigned sales and service route to commercial and industrial customers
• Deliver, exchange, and pick up parts cleaning equipment, containers, and materials
• Promote and sell environmental and industrial service solutions to existing and new customers
• Ensure all activities comply with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate service records, manifests, and route documentation
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance on company vehicles and service units
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive, professional communication
• Handle and transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials safely and in compliance with company policies
