Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly
DeLeers Construction is growing and looking for a Lead Carpenter in our Maintenance area. This unique area of our company services customers looking to complete small home projects and renovations. Each assignment is different and can range from small bathroom or kitchen remodels, to building decks, completing siding and window updates, home repairs and more. If you like variety in your work, while utilizing your construction skills this is the role for you.
This position includes interaction directly with the customer, and requires professional demeanor and good communication skills. Working with a small crew, this role will coordinate the project and work hands on with the team to see it through from start to finish. Most projects are finished within a few days. Successful candidates will have residential carpentry experience in a variety of areas such as framing, siding, roofing and finish work.
