HVAC Installer
We are seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to assist our lead installer in all HVAC system installations. The ideal candidate will be efficient, accurate, and eager to learn. This role requires establishing customer rapport to ensure high levels of satisfaction and showcasing professionalism and knowledge to generate new referrals and repeat business.
Responsibilities- Assist the lead installer in all HVAC system installations with efficiency and accuracy.
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Assist in staging jobs properly and adhere to quality checklists.
- Support the lead installer in maintaining a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations.
- Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.
- Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
- Clean, safe driving record.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
- Strong desire to improve and become a better installer.

Work EnvironmentThe typical workweek consists of eight to ten-hour workdays, five days per week, with occasional weekend work and early or late weekday meetings as needed. The role involves interaction with aggressive personalities in a highly competitive industry, which can be stressful. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

This is a Permanent position based out of De Pere, WI.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $58240.00/yr. Direct hire. They will be a direct employee of Aquarius from the get go. Will get a company vehicle as well.
Workplace Type:
This is a fully onsite position in De Pere, WI.
