We’re expanding our weekend operations and are looking for a Weekend HVAC Installer to join our residential installation team and support growing customer demand.

• 4-day work week:
  Friday–Monday
• Tuesday–Thursday consistently free

• Install residential HVAC systems according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Prepare job sites by staging materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with proper connection, setup, and startup of HVAC equipment
• Work collaboratively with lead installers and team members
• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every install

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC education or equivalent field experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and detail‑focused
• Able to pass pre‑employment background and drug screening, as permitted by law

• Stable, consistent weekend work
• Hands‑on experience with quality equipment and processes
