Transport Refrigeration, Inc. (TRI), a factory-authorized Thermo King dealer, is seeking a motivated student to join our team as a Technician Trainee / Installer Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in diesel, automotive, HVAC, welding, or skilled trades careers. No prior experience is required—we'll train you.

• Auxiliary Power Units (APUs)
• Cab heaters and air conditioning systems
• Transport refrigeration units
• Custom-built products and equipment

• Assist technicians with equipment installations
• Help assemble parts and components
• Prepare vehicles and equipment for installation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with general shop duties as needed

• Currently enrolled in high school, technical college, or trade school
• Interest in mechanics, diesel technology, HVAC, welding, or related trades
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable with good attendance
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a hands-on environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
