• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform high-quality installations, repairs, and upgrades in compliance with NEC standards
• Communicate clearly with customers, providing solutions and recommendations
• Collaborate with dispatch, management, and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver professional, top-tier customer service on every job

• Active Journeyman Electrician license (Wisconsin preferred or ability to transfer)
• Experience in residential and/or service electrical work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and confined areas
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong manual dexterity to safely operate tools and equipment
