Experience-based pay of $35,000 - $60,000/year Bonus structure

PTOGrowth opportunities and a mentor/apprentice programWHAT A DAY AS OUR HVAC HELPER LOOKS LIKE:
This entry-level role works closely with our lead technicians to help carry out successful heating and air conditioning services. You'll gain hands-on experience in system repairs and maintenance, giving you the chance to deepen your expertise in the trade. Following directions from your lead, you'll help prepare job sites, use various tools, and complete general maintenance services on all kinds of heating and cooling equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in various temperatures (mainly hot environments), climb ladders, and work in spaces like attics
Ability to work well with a team, follow directions, and stay organized
Availability to work rotating nights/weekends
Valid driver's license
Motivation to do your best and grow within this skilled trade
Hands-on heating and air conditioning experience - a plus!
