MaintenanceTechnician Position Highlights:
- Schedule:
Full-time, 1st shift, 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday (4–10-hour shifts) - Pay Rate: $20-23 per hour

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring equipment and facilities function efficiently. This position demands a proactive and skilled individual capable of handling maintenance tasks while adhering to company policies. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on machines, repairs, LOTO annual inspections, and managing stock levels to keep equipment functioning properly.
Maintenance TechnicianJob Duties:
- Perform maintenance and assist with repairs or modifications to plant and office facilities.
- Maintain accurate records for all production equipment and ensure compliance with Lock Out Tag Out annual inspections.
- Conduct diagnostics and repairs on machinery using specialized tools, meters, and scopes as required.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks and follow all established procedures, practices, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Plant Manager to schedule equipment servicing and resolve mechanical issues.
- Respond promptly to unexpected issues and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in reading, writing, and understanding English
- Hands-on experience with lathes, milling machines, welders, and precision measuring tools
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints and schematics and applying basic mathematical principles
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
