What You’ll Do
As a Route Driver, you’ll play an important role in delivering products safely, accurately, and professionally to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operating a 28‑foot straight truck on assigned routes
- Loading, unloading, and securing products for delivery
- Verifying shipments and ensuring delivery accuracy
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance concerns
- Picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment
- Using RF scanning equipment to track inventory and shipments
- Assisting with warehouse operations as needed
- Following all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is dependable, safety‑focused, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
- 21 years old or older
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift, bend, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
