What You’ll Do

As a Route Driver, you’ll play an important role in delivering products safely, accurately, and professionally to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operating a 28‑foot straight truck on assigned routes
• Loading, unloading, and securing products for delivery
• Verifying shipments and ensuring delivery accuracy
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance concerns
• Picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment
• Using RF scanning equipment to track inventory and shipments
• Assisting with warehouse operations as needed
• Following all company safety procedures and DOT regulations

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is dependable, safety‑focused, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
• 21 years old or older
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
