We are looking for an influential leader to motivate and guide a team of drivers. You will be managing a critical piece of business. You will focus on exceeding the goals of on-time service, MPG results, and retention. You will create a team atmosphere where members feel valued. You will break through any barriers to build a solid partnership with the customer.

This role is located onsite in our De Pere, WI office.

Asa Driver Manager ,youwill:

Responsiblefordirectsupervisionofdrivers,routesandservicetoensurehighestqualityofcustomerserviceandsafety.
Buildstrongrelationshipswithyourdriverteamthroughintegrityandaccountability
Safelydispatchdriversandfreightinaccordancewithcompanypolicyandfederalguidelines.
Conductregularcoachingon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) toincludesafety,performanceandequipmentmaintenance.
Assisttheplannersinreworkingfreightandmanagethechangecommunication.
Respondtointernalandexternalcustomerneedsbyansweringemails,phone calls,tracking freight,andloadrecoverytoserviceourcustomer.
Coachyourdriverteamtosuccessandsafetycompliance.
Thinkcriticallyinaneverchangingindustry.
Beresponsiblefordriverteamretention.
Partnerwithdrivers,plannersandcustomerservicetomeetcustomerandserviceexpectations.
Approvedriverpayanddriverbilloflading(BOL) submission.
Bedecisiveandprovidesolutionstodriverneedsandissues.
