Warehouse Associate​/Backup Delivery Driver

Mid-State Supply is one of Wisconsin’s leading wholesale distributors, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse Associate/Backup Delivery Driver to join our De Pere team. In this dynamic role, no two days look exactly the same. You’ll:

• Receive, organize, and put away incoming inventory
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain inventory records with precision
• Serve as a backup delivery driver on local routes when needed
• Follow DOT and safety regulations to keep our team and customers protected

You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly — from warehouse floor to customer door.

• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License (required)
• 21 years or older
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, walking)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus
• Previous delivery experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed
