Position Description
Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in De Pere, Wisconsin— offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.
Pay and Schedule- Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour
- Shift Premium: $2.00 per hour
- Overtime Pay: $34.50 per hour
- Schedule:
Night Shift, Friday – Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Some positions may require additional screening, which may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle record checks, a road test, and background checks.

Sit‑Down Forklifts, Stand‑up Clamp, and Slip Sheet.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
- Valid forklift operator's license, certified
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Highly thorough and dependable
- Punctual with good attendance record
- Performs work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs

- Familiar with health and safety methods
- Flexible schedule availability for various shifts
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
- Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
- Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
- Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
- Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour of production
- Perform other duties as assigned
