Pilgrim’s is seeking a results-oriented Process Improvement professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. You will implement 6s, standardization, and complex goals, traveling quarterly to sister locations to learn and share best practices.
You will coordinate with the corporate CI team, collect and analyze data, and lead meetings to monitor progress, while training the plant team in continuous improvement methods and maintaining safe, efficient operations.
