Pilgrim’s is seeking a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician for the De Queen, Arkansas facility on the 2nd shift (1pm–11pm). You will install, maintain, and repair industrial ammonia refrigeration systems, test operations, and replace worn parts. Must pass background and Haz Mat/MERT qualifications.
HS diploma or GED required; technical refrigeration training preferred. Wages include base pay of $18.15 per hour with an attendance incentive and potential bonuses.
