We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Part‑Time Teaching Assistant to support our infant through 6‑year‑old mixed‑age classroom. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children of all ages and is excited to assist in a Montessori‑inspired setting.

• Assist the Lead Teacher in maintaining a calm, engaging, and organized classroom.
• Help guide children through daily activities and routines.
• Support classroom organization and preparation of materials.
• Encourage positive social interactions and model respectful behavior.
• Engage with children in hands‑on learning experiences, both indoors and outdoors.
• Observe and support children as they explore and develop independence.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Passion for working with young children in a nurturing environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to different age groups throughout the day.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn Montessori methods and philosophies.
• KDHE Foundations of Health and Safety Course (training provided).
• CPR & First Aid Certification (training provided).
