We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as full‑time, on‑site team members at our new, state‑of‑the‑art factory located in the thriving city of De Soto, Kansas.
CMMS & Asset Administration
- Oversee CMMS implementation, maintenance, updates, and ensure data accuracy for assets and inventory.
- Generate reports on work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment performance for management.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and validation assessments to minimize downtime.
- Assign, prioritize, and track work orders while coordinating planned outages with Facilities Managers.
- Collaborate on long‑ and short‑term facilities improvement plans, renovations, moves, and expansions.
- Deconflict projects with operations, engineering, and maintenance to ensure production continuity.
- Manage vendor relationships, warranty agreements, and parts procurement while maintaining lifecycle data in CMMS.
- Communicate with Purchasing and Inventory Agents on parts requirements, stock levels, and scheduling issues.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness for inspections and repairs.
- Promote safety, environmental, and quality programs while fostering a cooperative, problem‑solving team culture.
To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is required and includes equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.
Qualifications Education- Required:
High School Diploma or GED - Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 4‑7 years in maintenance planning and CMMS administration, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Working knowledge of basic computer skills, internet and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Hands‑on experience with software (e.g., Maintain
X, Maximo, Fiix, or SAP PM). - Need general parts, electrical, and mechanical equipment understanding.
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs.
- Must have working‑level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Requires valid State‑issued driver’s license.
