Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as full‑time, on‑site team members at our new, state‑of‑the‑art factory located in the thriving city of De Soto, Kansas.

Essential Duties

CMMS & Asset Administration
  • Oversee CMMS implementation, maintenance, updates, and ensure data accuracy for assets and inventory.
  • Generate reports on work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment performance for management.
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and validation assessments to minimize downtime.
  • Assign, prioritize, and track work orders while coordinating planned outages with Facilities Managers.
Facilities & Project Coordination
  • Collaborate on long‑ and short‑term facilities improvement plans, renovations, moves, and expansions.
  • Deconflict projects with operations, engineering, and maintenance to ensure production continuity.
Vendor & Inventory Management
  • Manage vendor relationships, warranty agreements, and parts procurement while maintaining lifecycle data in CMMS.
  • Communicate with Purchasing and Inventory Agents on parts requirements, stock levels, and scheduling issues.
Compliance & Team Support
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness for inspections and repairs.
  • Promote safety, environmental, and quality programs while fostering a cooperative, problem‑solving team culture.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements

To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is required and includes equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.

Qualifications Education
  • Required:

    High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Essential Qualifications
  • 4‑7 years in maintenance planning and CMMS administration, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer skills, internet and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • Hands‑on experience with software (e.g., Maintain

    X, Maximo, Fiix, or SAP PM).
  • Need general parts, electrical, and mechanical equipment understanding.
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs.
  • Must have working‑level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires valid State‑issued driver’s license.
