What's in This for You:
- Competitive Pay: $90,000 - $105,000+ annually plus up to a 10% Bonus

Four 9-hour days Monday-Thursday with a 4-hour Friday
Your New Role:
- Lead project planning, engineering design, and construction document preparation for civil site development projects
- Work directly with the Principal Engineer on a variety of commercial, residential, municipal, and public infrastructure projects
- Design site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater systems, utilities, roads, and parking lots
- Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and final construction plans
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Mentor junior engineers and help deliver high-quality projects from concept through construction
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- 4+ years of civil site development experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and land development
- Self-directed, accountable, and able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
