Our team has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional engineering solutions on commercial developments, luxury apartment communities, schools, athletic facilities, and public infrastructure throughout the Kansas City metro. • Competitive Pay: $95,000 - $110,000+ annually plus up to a 10% Bonus

• Work Schedule:
  
  Four 9-hour days Monday-Thursday with a 4-hour Friday

• Lead project planning, engineering design, and construction document preparation for civil site development projects
• Work directly with the Principal Engineer on a variety of commercial, residential, municipal, and public infrastructure projects
• Design site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater systems, utilities, roads, and parking lots
• Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and final construction plans
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
• Mentor junior engineers and help deliver high-quality projects from concept through construction

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• 4+ years of civil site development experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and land development
• Self-directed, accountable, and able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
