Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SCADA Engineer with proven experience in Ignition SCADA platforms, including both Vision and Perspective modules. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on technical expertise, intermediate scripting skills, and a foundational understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts to help drive smart factory initiatives.
Your Role- Design, implement, and maintain SCADA solutions using Ignition, focusing on Vision and Perspective modules.
- Integrate databases for data logging, reporting, and analytics using SQL or other relational database platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Industry 4.0 and smart factory initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SCADA systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Participate in system upgrades, expansions, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- SCADA Expertise:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA, including both Vision & Perspective modules. - Database Knowledge:
Basic to intermediate experience with SQL or other relational databases, specifically in the context of data logging, reporting, and analytics. - Industry 4.0 Awareness:
Foundational understanding of smart factory concepts and related technologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
The base salary range for the tagged location is $70,000 - $140,000/year.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
