** Job Summary
** The EDI (Electronic Data Interface) Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation, technical specification mapping, and ongoing testing and maintenance for partners using EDI files for the purposes of exchanging business documents.
This role focuses on delivering excellent service, maximizing operational efficiency, working with internal and external EDI systems and teams, and timely project management.
** Essential Functions
*** EDI Analysis & Set-Up  + Analyze partner requests for EDI file and mapping setup, considering transaction type, plan design, and EDI platform suitability.  + Design and test map documents for the production environment according to established timelines and production instructions.  + Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for partners and internal teams regarding EDI workflow, processes, and procedures.
* Issue Monitoring & Resolution  + Monitor and analyze inbound/outbound EDI files daily, proactively addressing and resolving issues.  + Lead the resolution process with a focus on minimizing impact to partners and the business.  + Effectively communicate status updates, issues, and timelines to both partners and internal teams.
* Collaboration & Communication  + Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, partners, and external vendors to address both test and production issues promptly.  + Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners and internal business teams, communicating status, issues, and timelines concisely and effectively.
* Reporting & Process Improvement  + Maintain EDI status tracking and management reporting.  + Identify and support opportunities for service delivery improvement, operational efficiencies, and process effectiveness within EDI functions.

** Job Qualifications
*** Required
* * Bachelor’s degree in business administration or technology field.
* 3-5 years of EDI knowledge.
* Experience in mapping and trading partner compliance, including customer service order and manufacturing processes.
* Strong knowledge of the manufacturing environment and order lifecycle.
* Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with internal departments, partners, and external vendors.
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS Teams.
* Aptitude for technical procedures and processes.
* Preferred
* * Project management experience demonstrating end-to-end results.
* Understanding and usability of SQL (Structured Query Language).
* Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system
