The Production Manager will own end-to-end manufacturing performance, lead multiple production lines, and drive Lean initiatives to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals in a 24/7 environment.
You will develop Supervisors, manage budgets, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize production and deliver superior performance.
