Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Production Technician to support antigen manufacturing operations in a regulated vaccine production environment in De Soto, KS. This temporary contract opportunity is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, production, cleanroom, warehouse, or laboratory support experience who is ready to contribute to critical sterile processing and production activities.
As a Production Technician, you will help prepare equipment, support fermentation and antigen processing workflows, handle production materials, and maintain clean, compliant work areas. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, hands-on training, supportive team leadership, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in a highly regulated manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities- Clean, sterilize, and prepare production equipment using steam and other aseptic or sterilization methods.
- Support upstream and downstream antigen processing activities within vaccine manufacturing.
- Assist with fermentation and processing workflows for bacterial antigens.
- Unbox, handle, stage, and move single-use materials and production supplies throughout warehouse and production areas.
- Prepare equipment, media components, and production areas for manufacturing runs.
- Maintain cleanroom, warehouse, and production areas through routine cleaning, housekeeping, and contamination prevention practices.

Contract/Temporary. - Location:
De Soto, KS. - Pay: $19 to $20 per hour, with this assignment listed at $20 per hour.
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. - Recruiting/retention bonus:
Up to $1,000 total. - Bonus milestones: $250 at 30 days, $250 at 90 days, and $500 at 180 days.
- Support antigen manufacturing operations in a sterile, regulated production environment.
- Clean, sterilize, stage, and prepare production equipment and materials.
- Assist with upstream and downstream processing, fermentation support, and production readiness.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant production and warehouse areas.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant manufacturing, production, operations, warehouse, cleanroom, or related experience preferred for this level.
- Ability to follow strict documentation standards, including Good Documentation Practices.
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow aseptic procedures and work carefully in sterile or contamination-controlled environments.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable performing hands-on, labor-intensive work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and safely move materials as needed.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support multiple tasks across production and warehouse areas.
- Reliable attendance and a team-oriented approach to daily work.
- Previous experience in vaccine manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech production, cleanroom operations, or sterile processing.
- Familiarity with aseptic technique, sterilization methods, fermentation support, or single-use production materials.
- Experience working in a GMP or other highly regulated manufacturing environment.
