We are seeking a highly experienced and mission-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at our client's onsite Employee Health / Occupational Medicine practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as an NP/PA within an urgent care, emergency medicine, and/or family medicine setting. Experience with in an occupational medicine setting is a plus. Scope of practice includes treating work-related injuries and managing follow-up care, coordinating wellness and safety initiatives, minor first aid, employment physicals and screenings, and maintaining OSHA compliance.

• Spends 100% of time in the onsite clinic providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Ensures day-to-day execution of Concentra's clinical model collaborating with members of the healthcare team to drive optimal clinical outcomes.
• Accountable for monitoring, understanding, and effecting key onsite clinic metrics that relate to quality outcomes.
• Advanced Primary Care - chronic condition management, gaps in care, preventive health and age-appropriate screenings, vaccinations, SDOH, wellness initiatives, clinic utilization and patient satisfaction.
• Occupational Medicine - timely return to work measures after an injury on the job, case duration, lost time, work duty status, reduction in work-related illnesses and improved functional capacity.
• Provides direct patient care through compilation of the medical history, conduction of the physical exam, diagnosis, and the development of appropriate treatment plans.
• Administers or orders diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests.
• Maintains timely, accurate and detailed patient records and paperwork.
• Interprets diagnostic test results for deviations from normal.
• Performs therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and managing infection.
• Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and health maintenance.
• Listens to and understands internal and external client needs.
• Assists in the development, implementation and revision of policies affecting medical practice judgment and quality of clinical care.
• Assists in the development and presentation of education and instructional programs.
• Provides excellent and compassionate customer service to all patients, clients and peers while incorporating Orange Book values.
