Panasonic Energy is expanding its De Soto, Kansas operations and seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead daily quality activities and a team of technicians and inspectors. You will drive CAPA actions, maintain QMS, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
The role requires 3+ years of leadership in quality within manufacturing, strong knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF
16949, and excellent communication in English.
