Security Officer Part Time Property Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking locations, access points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.;
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident documentation.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed by procedures.;
Assist with maintaining an orderly professional environment by providing directions, reporting maintenance or facility concerns, and communicating security-related observations to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
