Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and reporting unusual conditions;
Document incidents, patrol activities, and maintenance concerns accurately in required reports and logs
