Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.;
Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and alarm or surveillance systems as assigned, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
