Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery entry in accordance with site procedures; communicate access concerns to designated personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.;
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
