We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The role is full time permanent basis, working an average of 36 hours per week.

As part of the management team you will lead, train and coach our staff to deliver the highest standards of food, presentation, safety and customer service. You will focus on building the capability of the team, driving results and controlling costs to ensure we make a surplus for the charity. Working with colleagues you will develop local and seasonal menus and identify new opportunities at site.
You will understand exactly what it takes to deliver excellent customer service and have experience of supervising a catering operation, delivering staff training and managing team performances. You will set and maintain high standards of safety and hygiene and be great at keeping records of these.
This role is a full time full year position and requires flexibility and working weekends and bank holidays is to be expected.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will manage the Food and Beverage operation on site, leading the team to ensure excellent customer service and full compliance with COSHH, PEE and other legislations at all times.
The successful candidate will play a key role in future development of the F&B offer, considering ways things can be done better, more efficiently and in a cost-effective way. You will have excellent attention to detail, leading a small team to maintain the highest levels of customer service, cleanliness and presentation.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Food and Beverage professional that has experience working in a visitor facing environment.
Qualifications- Experience of managing a team of people in a hospitality environment
- Hold a current Level 3 Food and Hygiene certificate
- An understanding of financial budgets
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to lead by example and to remain calm under pressure
