Are you a detail‑oriented dental professional with experience in a dental office? MUST HAVE 1+ year dental office experience. Cambridge Dental Group is a dynamic, high‑volume dental practice in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. We are seeking a full‑time Patient Coordinator with prior experience in scheduling and insurance. If you’re skilled, organized, and customer‑focused, we want to hear from you!

• Greet and check in patients
• Coordinate complex treatment schedules and referrals
• Verify and submit insurance claims
• Collect payments, explain financial policies, and follow up on patient balances
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment histories
• Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams

• 2+ years dental front office experience required
• Experience in a dental office is a must
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing (PPO, Medicaid, etc.)
• Familiarity with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and confident in a fast‑paced environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one‑year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
