Substitute Teacher

We are seeking reliable and flexible Substitute Teachers to join our educational team in Dearborn Heights, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing temporary or long term classroom instruction and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.

• Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the regular teacher.
• Maintain classroom order and discipline in a professional manner.
• Engage students in learning activities and provide support as needed.
• Report any incidents or issues to the school administration.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and grade levels.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during the school day.

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or 60 college credit hours required.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to varying schedules.
• Valid state teaching certification or substitute permit is preferred but not required.

Wages:
Daily sub: $150 per day. Long Term Sub, $175 per day.
