Solutions Sales Executive – Staffing & Services

Location: Remote (Must reside in Detroit, Grand Rapids, or Lansing, MI
)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission

Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Sales Executive with experience selling staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services
. This role is focused on consultative selling partnering with clients to understand business needs and deliver customized talent and services solutions. This is not a product sales position
.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts through consultative sales of staffing and services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at multiple levels
  • Identify client challenges and align staffing or services-based solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful engagements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions, staffing, or services sales
  • Proven success in consultative, relationship-based selling
  • Experience collaborating with recruiting or delivery teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be based in Detroit, Grand Rapids, or Lansing, MI
Nice to Have
  • IT staffing or professional services sales experience
  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise clients
