Job OverviewWe are hiring dedicated truck drivers for regional routes as a Dedicated Contract Services driver. This role offers consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer, with an activity‑based pay plan encouraging safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation- Detention pay: $5–$20
- Breakdown pay: $15 per hour
- Safety training pay per hour: $20
- Drivers have averaged annualized earnings of $88,000 over the last six to twelve months.
- Weekly home time
- Majority no‑touch freight
- Onsite management
