* Throughout your career at Ford, you will have a numerous opportunities within our accounting organization that will enable you to enhance your accounting skills in a variety of corporate accounting areas, such as financial reporting, U.S GAAP and IFRS accounting policy, treasury accounting, marketing and sales accounting, and Financial Services accounting.

What you'll do...

* Pre-Launch

* Update accounting workplan that is integrated to larger overall workplan

* Align accounting treatment/policy documentation with APO and PwC

* Align with stakeholders on interal reporting requirements (including Anaplan)

* Work with Internal Control to ensure proper control framework is created/documented

* Create journal entries and provide requirements to Moody's (new securitization system)

* Set up all new accounts, profit centers, cost centers, etc within SAP and roll ups withing Group Reporting

* Create user stories to be tested in Moody's

* Draft new disclosures for Ford Credit's 10Q/K (will include benchmarking and review of the FSDCL)

* Perform UAT in Moody's

* Draft updates to FMs

* Create go live readiness tracker

* Post Launch

* Review monthly/quarterly journal entries

* Review key accounts during close

* Review account reconciliations

* Review monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting schedules

* Review annual LLC statements

What you'll do...

* Perform various aspects of our accounting and financial reporting processes

* Support the delivery of accounting-related tasks and projects

* Research, interpret, and document technical accounting guidance

* Create and implement ideas for automation using data analytic tools

* Serve as accounting subject matter expert on a variety of cross-functional activities

* Support internal corporate audits, external audits, and statutory examinations

* Facilitate compliance with corporate, financial, regulatory, and other policies

* Support and ensure adherence to financial control processes and statutory reporting

* Collaborate with team members throughout our global organization
