- Strong knowledge of GAAP and intermediate accounting principles
- Skilled in managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Prior experience with financial statement preparation and account reconciliations
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple clients, including AR, AP, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries to ensure accurate financial records

- Provide proactive financial support and respond to client inquiries professionally
- Participate in month-end and year-end close processes
- Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Prepare and review business tax returns
- Salary range: $90,000 – $120,000 depending on experience
- Fully paid health insurance
- Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday schedule
