Sales Administrator (full time) – Williamsburg, MI
Responsibilities- Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
- Assist with used equipment listings
- Assist with marketing coordination with corporate and local organizations
- Schedule Saturday sales staff
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
- Oversee mail deliveries and packages
- Purchase office supplies
- Process credit applications and contracts
- Balance money daily
- Make deposits
- File accounting documents
- Handle accounts receivable
- Assist the manager
- Perform invoicing
- Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and be ready for work at the designated start time
- Assist the Rental Department
- Coordinate safety training and present it to employees
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and well‑organized
- Strong work ethic
- Desire to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience creating and managing Excel worksheets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Reasoning ability – intermediate (apply common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form and solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations)
- Regularly use hands, talk/hear, sit, reach with hands and arms; occasionally stand, walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Frequently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
