Job Summary

The Athletic Department Administrative Assistant at Clinton High School plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the athletic department. This full-time position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks, facilitate communication, and assist in the coordination of athletic events and programs.

• Provide administrative support to the Athletic Director and the Front Office at CHS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in an administrative support
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships with students, staff, and the community.
