Senior On-Site Service Specialist - Managed Services Onsite

Job Description:
Daily the candidate will be opening/sorting mail, auditing digital documents for accuracy, digitizing physical papers on the scanners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who does not need constant instruction on what needs to be done. They need to have basic computer skills. They need to understand how to conduct themselves in a professional environment. The best candidate will be one who learns quickly and is able to not get involved in office politics.

This position involves sitting at a desk and computer for most of the day.
There is no definite end date, this is a temp to engage position. If the selected individual works well they are likely to be direct hired.
Parking is free, only the North side of the building is open.
Dress Code: Shirts: polo style, button up dress shirts, sweaters, NO t-shirts or sweatshirts. Shoes: close-toed shoes, can be tennis shoes. Pants: slacks or jeans, must be in good repair with no rips, tears, holes, stains, patchwork, NO tights, yoga pants, sweatpants.
