Description
Position Requirements:

- Creativity (e.g., ideas for decorating for holidays, autism awareness month, spirit week, etc.).
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- A reliable car and be willing to drive (as required)
- Knowledge of G Suite a plus
- Ability to provide negative TB test results
- Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
Position Responsibilities under limited Supervision:
- Strong attention to detail
- Manage the front desk area and clinic
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Mange Client and Staff schedules
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Setting up office supplies/lunch/snack orders
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Manages the recruitment process for exempt and nonexempt employees and interns using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Distributing and setting up office equipment for staff and clinic
- Creating work material including but not limited to: program material, program stimuli, templates, forms, etc.
- Assist with office opening and closing procedures
- Ensure therapist are maintaining organized work environment.
- Participates in administrative staff meeting and attends other meetings and seminars
- Maintains employee-training records
- Regulatory compliance and reporting
- Maintains records on sick leave, vacation and other absences
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Type:
Part-time 20 - 25 hours a week
