Admission Coordinator
The Admission Coordinator is responsible for answering the main doors as well as the hospital's multi-line phone, verifying patient insurances, obtaining signatures on admitting paperwork, patient registration, and processing of all admitting forms. The reception interfaces with the Intake Department, patients, and nursing units.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required, experience verifying insurance required, 1 to 3 years of experience working as a receptionist, front desk clerk or related hospital department required, multi-line phone and computer skills required. Professional, customer service focused individual with strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and critical thinking skills.
Work hours:
This in-person role works 12-hour shifts. This person may work overtime, holidays and weekends on a rotation basis.
