Express Technician | Serra Kalkaska

Entry level light maintenance and repair position. You will work closely with the Service Team to change oil and filters, rotate tires, flush coolant systems and more in a fast‑paced environment.

This role offers growth potential to earn automotive certifications and is ideal for someone who consistently achieves turnaround goals, is detail oriented, and has effective communication skills.

• No experience necessary.
• Ability to build strong trusting relationships with technicians and customers.
• Receive additional training and coaching from Serra employees.
• Effective communication skills.
• Computer skills are a plus.
• Attention to detail is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license that meets company insurance standards.

Must be willing to complete a background check to access protected employee and customer information.

• Prolonged periods of standing and bending to repair and inspect vehicles.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
