IVI Cluster Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated IVI Cluster Vehicle Technician to

maintain Connected Vehicle Fleet of customer Vehicles with different

Variants like Navigator, Expedition, Bronco, Trucks etc. who can

replace Vehicle Y-Cables, Ethernet cables and swap ECUs like ECG,

TCU from the vehicles. Should have basic knowledge of MS Office

Excel sheets to Manage Vehicles and Tools inventory. Should have

knowledge of customer Diagnostics Tool (DET) for getting Bus

Queries and Inhale/Exhale Vehicle data and knowledge of ECU

Flashing.

• Responsible for Prepping New Received Vehicles, Vehicles DeCommissioning /Scrapping, Vehicles Shipping, Test Vehicle Request & Keys Management, Vehicle Debugging/Issues, ECUs Replacement/OTA Flashing (ECG, TCU, SYNC, FENIX). EVB Work Orders for Testers.
• Physical Audit for New Licensed Plates, Vehicle Parking Locations, Vehicle Keys & Tools Inventory under CVS.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Technical knowledge with Mechanical/Vehicle Automobiles or Basic Vehicle Repairs with some Computer knowledge.
• Must have Valid US Driving license who can drive Passenger Cars with Manual and Automatic Transmission
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with defect management and project tracking tools such as Jira is desirable.
• Experience in connected vehicle technologies, OTA systems, or software validation environments is preferred.
