Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Detail Department Manager to lead our detailing team and ensure every vehicle leaves our dealership looking its absolute best.

• Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing.

• Lead, train, and oversee the daily operations of the detail department.

• Manage workflow and ensure vehicles are completed on time.

• Maintain high standards for quality and presentation.

• Delegate work and coach team members to improve performance.

• Ensure all detailing equipment and supplies are maintained and organized.

• Work closely with Sales, Service, and Used Vehicle departments to prioritize vehicles.

• Previous automotive detailing experience is required.

• Prior leadership or management experience is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
