SCM SAP​/Order Management Analyst

Join our Tier 1 Automotive client as an SCM SAP/Order Management Analyst and play a key role in supporting our VOR (Vehicle Off Road) and Uptime Assist teams while driving modernization in order management.

What You’ll Do:

• Support escalation inquiries for VOR and Uptime Assist cases.
• Contribute to the Order Management Modernization project.
• Ensure proactive communication and timely resolution of order-related issues.
• Utilize SAP CRM/SPP systems to manage and track orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience with SAP CRM or SPP (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio).
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Dynamics, D2D Link, Electronic Catalog, and Bill of Material System.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
